- Facilitate communication between Emirati patients, family members, and clinic staff
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors
- Register patients according to clinic procedures
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, responding to inquiries, and providing information
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Coach, mentor, and train front office staff for optimal performance
- Address patient feedback and concerns effectively
- Assist patients with paperwork and insurance documents
- Contact potential customers to inform them about clinic services
- Conduct patient satisfaction surveys
- Collaborate with the marketing team on various marketing initiatives
- Translate communication between patients/visitors and staff as needed
- Work with local authorities to support clinic operations
- Ensure excellent patient care and minimal waiting periods
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality
- Verify insurance claim forms
- Obtain and review patient feedback
