Position Purpose


As an Automotive Sales Solutions Specialist, your primary function will be to sell our solutions to automotive clients, including franchised and independent dealers and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

You will play a crucial role in helping these clients improve their buying and selling processes in the digital world.

Your responsibilities will encompass providing guidance and support in areas such as accurate valuations, enhanced online presentation, and effective communication with potential and existing car buyers.

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the product team to actively influence the future development of our products.

Primary Responsibilities

KPI's:

Sales and Solution Delivery:

  • Identify potential automotive clients, both franchised and independent dealerships, as well as OEMs, and establish productive relationships with key decisionmakers.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our solutions and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their specific needs and develop tailored solutions that address their challenges in the digital automotive marketplace.
  • Provide comprehensive product demonstrations and training sessions to clients, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the benefits of our solutions.
  • Driving new and additional Revenue for our business

Automotive Industry Expertise:

  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the automotive industry, particularly in the digital sales and marketing space.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the challenges faced by automotive dealerships and OEMs in the digital world, including accurate valuations, online presentation, and communication strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and guidance on industryspecific issues and opportunities.

Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate longterm relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Actively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and proactively propose new solutions or enhancements to existing products.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues or concerns.

Collaboration with Product Team:

  • Collaborate closely with the product team to provide feedback on client needs, market trends, and potential product enhancements.
  • Advocate for clients' requirements and serve as a proactive influencer in shaping the future of our products.
  • Participate in regular meetings and discussions to align sales strategies with product development plans.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Understand the changes in the market and the impact of technology in the daytoday business life.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the Automotive Market and the network that you bring with you.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales and/or as a sales manager in the automotive business domain.
  • Proven experience and record track in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Indepth knowledge of the digital sales and marketing landscape, particularly within the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with automotive dealerships, franchised and independent, as well as OEMs.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to understand clients' challenges and recommend effective solutions.
  • Selfmotivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and crossfunctionally with the product team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and evolving client needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Language Skills

  • English proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Arabic preferred

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- business development manager: 1 year (preferred)
