Responsibilities

Mason:

  • Maintaining tools and workspaces.
  • Responsible to Cutting, shaping and dressing materials.
  • Responsible for Mixing cement and mortar, lifting, carrying and placing prepared blocks.
  • Reading and following technical drawings.

Carpender:

  • Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall using hand and power tools.
  • Constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures, including cabinets, furniture, doors, and windows.
  • Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Painter:

  • Mixing and matching paint colors to achieve desired shades and finishes.
  • Protecting surrounding areas from paint splatter and damage during the painting process.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong technical background and be familiar with various maintenance procedures. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
