Carpenter/ Maison

**Responsibilities**

**Mason**:

- Maintaining tools and workspaces.
- Responsible to Cutting, shaping and dressing materials.
- Responsible for Mixing cement and mortar, lifting, carrying and placing prepared blocks.
- Reading and following technical drawings.

**Carpender**:

- Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall using hand and power tools.
- Constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures, including cabinets, furniture, doors, and windows.
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

**Painter**:

- Mixing and matching paint colors to achieve desired shades and finishes.
- Protecting surrounding areas from paint splatter and damage during the painting process.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong technical background and be familiar with various maintenance procedures. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
