  • Responsible to handle teams of customer service agents and call center agents
  • Coach their team on quality parameters, call center and customer service skills
  • Strong understanding of Call Center Operations and standards
  • Manage and ensure adherence of the defined work schedule
  • Ability to multitask and process information
  • Must be able to adapt and work in fast paced environment

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience working as a call center team leader is must
  • Strong communication skills both in English (written & spoken)

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
