Overview:


A Business Analyst is supporting Core42 in the development and deployment of products across the Core42 portfolio and the establishment of strategic partnerships.

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, product engineering and partnerships to collaborate in initiatives which contribute to the development of AI-driven solutions and the identification of opportunities for improvement


Core42 is the UAE's national-scale enabler for cloud and generative AI, combining G42 Group's expertise across multiple technology disciplines into a single platform for public sector and large enterprise transformations.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with experienced product managers and crossfunctional teams to support the development and enhancement of AIpowered products
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and challenges
  • Conduct market research
  • Compiling and digitalizing business data
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Analyzing the data based on the understanding of the AI and Cloud business processes
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications
  • Support in gathering feedback from other functions in the organization such as sales or marketing, in order to identify areas for improvement
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Prepare dashboards and reports that support in the visualization and analysis of the data
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in AI and business analysis

Qualifications:

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Academic background in data governance or Statistics.
  • Good skills in tools like SQL, SAS, Python
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
  • Languages: English (working proficiency), Arabic (better)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Passion for technology and a desire to contribute to the advancement of AIdriven products
