We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated & result oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) who can deliver the company's ambitious growth plans.


Job Overview:


The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to enter new markets.

The incumbent will showcase company's cutting-edge product, onboard new client, PMC & Developers, to expand the company's market reach.

The role is pivotal in driving growth and requires a blend of market knowledge, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including real estate developers, property management firms and individuals with large realestate portfolios
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
  • Market Research and Strategic Planning
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyse potential markets and assess their viability for the company's products and services.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Create actionable plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that attract potential clients.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure the company's offerings meet market demands.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new clients.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Drive sales efforts to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Networking and Industry Engagement:

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services.
  • Build a network of industry contacts to stay informed about market developments and opportunities.
  • Stay updated on the latest real estate technology trends and innovations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree
a. Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

b. Master's degree or MBA is a
plus.

  • UAE Driving License is a must.

Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the real estate or technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets and technology trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
