At Kitopi, as a Talent Acquisition Intern, you play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic TA team across various locations.

Your responsibilities encompass implementing top-notch hiring practices, employing effective sourcing techniques, and collaborating with our exceptional TA team. Your dedication will be instrumental in maintaining high-quality recruitment efforts and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in the endtoend recruitment process, from requisition approval to offer management for assigned roles.
  • Learn to leverage recruitment systems effectively, ensuring accurate data documentation and adherence to key standards.
  • Review and advise on the current interview process and bring up new ideas and new formats

What Are We Looking For?:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
