Job DescriptionThe opportunity:


The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a crucial role within Easygenerator's Talent Acquisition team, overseeing the recruitment process, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and implementing innovative strategies to attract high-caliber candidates across several regions.

You will gain experience interacting with high-level executives and key decision-makers in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area.

As an Easygenerator Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for:

Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers and onboarding new hiresCollaboration with hiring managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, create job descriptions and interview questions tailored to specific position requirementsBuilding the talent pipeline: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs, by qualifying candidates through phone screens andimplementing successful sourcing strategiesSourcing: Actively search for and engage potential candidates through a diverse array of resources, such as social media, internal databases, job boards, networking, online searches and eventsCandidate relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processData analysis: Maintain accurate databases of potential and current candidates in our ATS and monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring processQualificationsOur ideal Talent Acquisition Partner will:Have abachelor's degree (in human resources, business or a related field) or higherHave 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruitmentHave strong communication and interpersonal skills: you can take the lead in a conversation, but you also know when it's time to listenHave experience working with targetsand KPIs and love resultsTake initiative, multitask, prioritize and manage time effectivelyHave high energy and a positive attitudeBe comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAdditional InformationSteps in the interview process:An initial call with a recruiterInterview with the hiring managerBusiness case interviewA final call with our CEOThe interview process typically takes 2 weeks to complete.
