Responsibilities:

Oversee daytoday operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality requirements.
Coordinate with the design and project management teams to understand specifications and requirements for interior fitout components.
Implement and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Supervise and lead a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Monitor inventory levels, ensuring the availability of materials and resources for uninterrupted production.
Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain high standards and address any issues in the production process.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Regularly inspect equipment and machinery, coordinating with maintenance teams for timely repairs and maintenance.
Keep abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to continually improve manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Factory Incharge or similar role in an interior fitout company.
Indepth knowledge of manufacturing processes related to interior fitout components.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with crossfunctional teams.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet production deadlines.

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Al Qusais: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
