Factory Incharge

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with the design and project management teams to understand specifications and requirements for interior fit-out components.
- Implement and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise and lead a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring the availability of materials and resources for uninterrupted production.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain high standards and address any issues in the production process.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Regularly inspect equipment and machinery, coordinating with maintenance teams for timely repairs and maintenance.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to continually improve manufacturing processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Factory Incharge or similar role in an interior fit-out company.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes related to interior fit-out components.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al Qusais: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
