What youll bedoing

JobDescription

Our Supply Coordinator isresponsible for managing Purchase and Sales Orders and maintainingprices in the system. In addition our Supply Coordinator isresponsible for flagging all stock and barcode discrepancies andmanaging remedial actions.

KeyResponsibilities

Organizational:

  • Follow all relevantpayroll policies processes and standard operating procedures sothat work is carried out in a controlled and consistentmanner
  • Purchase Orders andTransfers:
  • Process all purchase orders intransactional CORE system
  • Create correct systemtransfers to this movement (warehouse to store intrastoresintercountry return to vendor temporarily stockloan)
  • Followup with suppliers and update systemon backorders
  • Maintain uptodate order log atall time
  • Support brand demands ensuringimmediate actions and remedies to merchandise movementrequirement
  • Initiate basic reorders if requiredto maintain coverage

Sales OrderProcessing:

  • Receive sales orders andregister on control listing
  • Ensure all customershipping requirements are completed
  • Issuerelevant documentation and followup with clients for the shippingof goods
  • Generate invoice after completion ofsales order
  • Prepare credit note and otherdocuments as and when required
  • Coordinatebetween staff from warehouse office and sales for any clarificationfor accurate sales order processing
  • Performdata entries of required information to produce KPIs and monthlyreporting figures
  • Pricing Management andPromotions:
  • Ensure that maintenance of prices(price markdowns promotions in stores) is performed correctly andon time in the system
  • Escalate issues in pricemaintenance (e.g. promotions)
  • Follow and ensuretimely update of lists/SKU in the system for promotions specialmarketing events and discount period
  • Ensurereplenishment requests are timely uploaded while ensuring correctstock request in system during peak period to maximizesales
  • Coordination with Stores for barcode andsticker discrepancies

DropShipment:

  • Raise purchase orders forshipments from supplier directly to thecustomer
  • Inbound StockVariance:
  • Identify reasons for discrepancies ininvoice matching in system (price or quantity) escalate to RDBSManager to take a decision on resolution if needed and introducenew invoices in system for resolution ofdiscrepancies
  • Raise replacement purchase ordersor debit / credit notes in the system as per the instructions fromRDBS Manager
  • Resolve defects at the warehouseside by analyzing the available data and using internal toolsproposing corrective actions to prevent future similar problemsthat might appear at the supply chainlevel
  • StockReadiness
  • Coordinate with store operations forall transaction clean up/closure in system as a prerequisite ofstore controlteam
  • SC
Whatyoull need to succeed
  • ABachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics or IndustrialEngineering
  • At least 2 years experience inSupply Coordination
  • At least 2 years experiencein InventoryAnalytics
