Purpose and Scope:

The Contractor shall perform inspection, maintenance, and repair for water and fuels systems. The Contractor shall also perform inspection, maintenance, and repair for fuel systems including Cross-Connection Control. All personnel shall have had Cross-Connection Control training.

Essential Responsibilities:

The Contractor shall perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) support for:

  1. Automated Fuel Handling Equipment (AFHE)
  2. Automated Tank Gauging (ATG)
  3. Independent Alarm Systems (IAS)
  4. Electronic Leak Detection (ELD)
  5. Overfill Protection Equipment (OPE)
  6. Hydrant Fueling Automation Maintenance (HFAM)
  7. Automated Fuel Service Station (AFSS) fuel systems and associated communication devices (modem and radio)
Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Three (3) years' experience and needs to be highly qualified in fuels. Must be a Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET Security Clearance. At a minimum, all contractors should have certifications on one of the following systems:

- Automated Fuel Handling Equipment (AFHE)

- Automated Fuel Service Station (AFSS)

- ATG (Automated Tank Gauging) Systems

- Independent Alarm Systems (IAS)

- Electronic Leak Detection (ELD)

Other Responsibilities:
