  • Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare financial statements for assigned properties.
  • Monitor propertylevel financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Assist with monthend and yearend close processes.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Property Managers and leasing activities.
  • Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis for property operating budgets.
  • Support external auditors and tax preparers during audits and tax fillings.
  • Stay current with industry trends and regulations affecting real estate accounting practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Proven Experience in same role.

Pay:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ras alKhaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 1 year (required)
