Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet customer demands, increase market share, and ensure company profitability
  • Manage daily sales activities to meet customer demands, establish pricing strategies, and increase revenue
  • Establish product positioning within the marketplace by understanding customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers through ongoing communication
  • Monitor sales performance metrics to understand trends and make adjustments as needed
  • Prepare reports on sales performance metrics for management review
  • Lead the recruitment, development, training, motivation, and evaluation of staff in order to maximize their potentialQualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present information to customers as well as internal stakeholders
