A sports coaching company that are passionate about providing the highest quality services including; Sports Coaching and Development, Complete ECA programs for Schools, Sports Holiday Camps, Facility Management and Supply PE teachers.


The organisation provides a comprehensive portfolio of curricular and extra-curricular sports programs run by a team of fully-qualified coaches throughout Dubai in the UAE.

We are looking for a Full-time Ballet Coach to deliver sessions in our extra-curricular and external clubs.

Responsibilities:

  • To do the necessary preparation and set up prior to the session and liaise with other coaches/colleagues as needed.
  • To assist the Head Coach in running sessions and following instructions.
  • To provide positive and fun sessions.
  • Responsible for the safeguarding and protection of children.
  • Notify the Management/Parents immediately of any incidents
  • Responsible and appropriate manner always in accordance with the Health and Safety Policy
  • Ensure accurate registers of your sessions are kept.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding child's progress.

Job Requirements

  • Completed a Sport related Degree.
  • Proven experience as Ballet coach
  • Experience in the sports coaching and/or education sector.
  • Experience working with students aged 312 years.
  • An enhanced CRB/DBS check.
  • Safeguarding & Protecting Children Certificate.
  • First Aid qualified.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • UAE Driving Licence.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Confident in coaching a range of different sports.
  • Good leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team


 Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with ballet, parents and other members of staff
  • Ability to understand the learning process and training principles
  • Ability to motivate and assist gymnasts to develop new skills safely
  • Knowledge of injury prevention understanding how to reduce the risk of injury to ballet

Salary:
AED10, AED12,000.00 per month
