JOB DESCRIPTION - OFFICE ADMIN & ACCOUNTS

LOCATION - DUBAI, UAE


Masin is an international engineering & construction claims consultancy and Arbitration expert services firm with offices in 8 countries and headquartered in India.

We are currently looking for an office administrator and accounts support to join our growing team for the Dubai office, someone who will organize, manage, and perform an array of secretarial, administrative and program support activities on behalf of the CEO, Country Head - UAE and other senior officers of the company.

You will be a primary point of administrative and operational contact for tasks with the Dubai office.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Prepare and issue invoices on monthly basis to clients and keeping track of the same.
  • Regular payment followups for all outstanding invoices.
  • Preparation of a monthly report on all payments collected and generated.
  • Coordination with India head office accounts and corporate team to update the payment status.
  • Provides administrative assistance to staff, managers, and seniorlevel officers as needed.
  • Engaging in recruitment and hiring activities for the Dubai and other offices along with the HR Manager of the company (as and when required)
  • Supporting the business development team for events/seminars/webinars on a regular basis. This would include attending the events and assisting in logistics and set up of the standees.
  • Updating the accounting team with reimbursement of official expenses for the Dubai team on monthly basis.
  • Handles purchasing and maintenance of general office supplies
  • Serves as a liaison with external institutions, other offices, and clients
  • Handles incoming and outgoing shipping and receiving activities with courier companies
  • Handling various additional tasks such as collection of cheques from clients, bank related duties, and all other auxiliary requirements for the senior executives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant professional experience in the UAE of minimum 2 years
  • Valid Driver's license with own car
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Selfstarter
  • Strong capability to multitask and finish assigned projects before deadlines are due
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work with mínimal or no supervision
  • Highly organized and able to create an easytofollow system for others

Salary:
AED6, AED7,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (required)

License/Certification:

  • Drivers License (required)
