Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

Serve as the main point of contact for client management team, building strong relationships based on trust and effective communication.

In collaboration with Pinkerton's Global Account Director, understand the client's needs and objectives and develop tailored solutions that align with the organizational goals.

Conduct regular meetings with the client to provide updates on program progress, address any concerns or issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Oversee all aspects of program execution, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.
Develop project plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services within scope and budget.

Monitor project performance against key metrics/key performance indicators (KPIs), take corrective actions when necessary, and report back to Global Account Director progress/improvementLead a team of embedded program leads and other professionals involved in program execution.

Provide clear direction, support professional development initiatives for team members, mentorship, feedback, encourage collaboration, foster a positive work environment, and resolve conflicts when they arise.

Identify areas for process improvement and develop tools, methodologies, strategies that drive excellence throughout each stage of team members' tenure.

Implement best practices across programs to optimize efficiency.
All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:


Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred, within a relevant field and at least ten years in program management, project management, or a similar role.
