As a Ware House incharge you are responsible to oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee storage and organization of finished goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels to meet demand.
  • Manage daily warehouse activities: receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and maintain cleanliness.
  • Inspect warehouse for safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Uphold quality standards to prevent damage or loss.
  • Lead and supervise warehouse staff.
  • Assign tasks, provide training, and monitor performance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Identify and implement efficiency and productivity enhancements.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and streamline workflows
  • Maintain accurate ERP records and documentation.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels and key performance indicators.
  • Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to finished goods.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business Administration / Realted Field
  • Proven experience in warehouse management.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
