Ware House Incharge

As a Ware House incharge you are responsible to oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Oversee storage and organization of finished goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Ensure adequate stock levels to meet demand.
- Manage daily warehouse activities: receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Optimize warehouse layout and maintain cleanliness.
- Inspect warehouse for safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Uphold quality standards to prevent damage or loss.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff.
- Assign tasks, provide training, and monitor performance.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Identify and implement efficiency and productivity enhancements.
- Optimize warehouse layout and streamline workflows
- Maintain accurate ERP records and documentation.
- Generate reports on inventory levels and key performance indicators.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to finished goods.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in business Administration / Realted Field
- Proven experience in warehouse management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
