Clinic Manager

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Management this role oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinic as well as customer care, vendor relations,and in-house employee relations aiming towards ensuring the core purpose of the clinic is delivered through every interaction internally and externally.
Core Responsibilities:
Oversee clinic's daily operations in line with the internal and DHA regulations setting and implementing clear operational workflows increasing operational efficiencies and ensuring compliance.
Play a key role in people management including employee relations, performance management, and as delegated by the management to ensure smooth functioning of the facility.
Evaluate the effectiveness of any practices implemented and the cost of the clinic's programs through a review of data working with the finance department and present accurate reports to the clinic management.
Work with the management and finance to streamline and optimise outflows and expenses based on evaluations and findings enhancing financial performance and contributing to adding new revenue streams.
Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to uphold high standards of patient care in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and standards.
Work on facilitating continued improvement programs for the clinic, its staff, and external operations increasing patient satisfaction and the clinic's efficiency.
Foster the core guidelines of Bloom + ensuring every patient and external stakeholder is catered to providing the right environment, nurturing a customer-centric environment, and enhancing the overall experience.
As part of internal management, conduct regular staff catch-ups and feedback sessions promoting a culture of belongingness leading to improved engagement by the staff.
Facilitate a climate of mutual understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural differences inherent in a multicultural society.
Practice preventive measures within the clinic ensuring the clinic and its staff always adhere to the highest standards of operations
Responsible for maintaining confidentiality in all matters financial, operational, and with regards to the patients.
Conduct internal audits in line with the DHA regulations and the clinic's policies ensuring we are conducting our operations in line with the regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Graduate or Post Graduate in Health Care administration, business administration or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience within a similar function and ideally a dynamic setup
Expertise in managing people and ensuring operational efficiency
Great communicator, negotiator, and a person with leadership skills with the ability to manage conflicts with ease,
Ability to develop, maintain, and grow relationships through exceptional management and project management skills.
Ideally multi-linguistic - Good Conversational Skills in either Arabic/Chinese/Hindi/Mandarin/Kannada/Malayalam/Tamil/Telugu/Tagalog in addition to fluency in English.
Ability and experience working in a multi-cultural environment valuing cultural sentiments.
Great organizational skills and efficiency in using ERP/MS- Office and other project management tools.
Knowledge of insurance practices within health care and should be able to manage working with the insurance team in case of requirement.
Salary:
AED10, AED12,000.00 per month
