Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers

  • Advise the right services and retail
  • Provide Be Relax signature services (i.e Massage, manicure & pedicure)
  • Optimize the customer's visit by upselling and crossselling
  • Operate POS and handle the payment
  • Keep the spa premises neat & tidy
