Working Days : 5 days

Working Hours: 9 hours

Functional tasks:

  • Assisting in providing support to the office employees in order to solve their technical problems related to computers, electronic networks and systems
  • Work on the technical support program, receive calls and solve problems on livechat and ivanti.
  • Work on the Government self-support system.
  • Monitor server work, network equipment and network services.
  • Support in Active Directory in Windows 2008 and 2012.
  • Knowledge about vmware system
  • Work on managing Active Directory OU, GPO, managing users and groups, and computers in general.
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned to him by the direct supervisor.
  • Fluent in communication, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Follow instructions and procedures.
