Job Purpose

Oversee the alignment of Confidential Employer and its subsidiaries with brand guidelines and responsible for supporting services to other sub-functions within Enterprise Communications such as but not limited to evaluate and analyse sponsorship requests, which enable the quality delivery of communications to internal and external stakeholders as well as to ensure appropriate presence of Confidential Employer and its subsidiaries’ image.

Responsibilities And Accountabilities:

  • Provide input into the development of the Division’s systems, processes and procedures, as well develop and implement the Department’s systems and processes, identifying potential areas of improvement to ensure efficient, effective, safe and risk-free operations as well as compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor, control and report operational and financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to the Department, to track performance and recommend corrective or mitigating actions.
  • Ensure that all relative reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet the Department’s requirements and standards.
  • Prepare and recommend the development of the division budget, and monitors financial performance versus the budget to ensure alignment, including contracts and purchase orders in coordination with managers.
  • Prepare the Communications Services Business Plan that will be incorporated into the Enterprise Communications Business Plan.
  • Oversee the development of branding, media production and special projects to ensure consistency of the Confidential Employer and its subsidiaries branding and messaging.
  • Manage the correct use of branding guidelines across Confidential Employer and its subsidiaries, both externally and internally to protect the organization reputation.
  • Manage all creative production and artwork to ensure high level of production efficiency and quality aligned with the communications strategy and in compliance with the Confidential Employer and its subsidiaries branding guidelines.
  • Develop Media Production strategy that supports business goals and own design direction for all aspects of the prospective customer experience.
  • Promote production plan and projects to ensure efficient and effective execution and completion, within the planned time and budget.
  • Managing, assessing and responding to requests for media production services such as print production, photography or branding to deliver high quality and consistent media production materials to the communications function.
  • Conducting reviews of branding to ensure a high-quality brand image is retained.

Events and Sponsorships Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation of the events and sponsorships strategy and coordinate the company’s participation in events and sponsorships by managing relations with the partners and/or suppliers in order to promote Confidential Employer and its civil nuclear program in events and sponsorships.
  • Approve all requests for internal events, campaigns, or ceremonies to maintain a positive image and reputation, increasing employee wellbeing.
  • Effectively plan events in collaboration with other sub-functions and coordination with external vendors to ensure high quality events are run which maintain Confidential Employer reputation to external stakeholders.
  • Execute campaigns which enhance Confidential Employer reputation and increase awareness of the UAE Peaceful Nuclear Energy Program.

Education –

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Media and Communications, or relevant discipline.
  • 6 years of experience in communications related role with a multinational corporation or consultancy.
  • Experience with change management and employee engagement activities.
  • Or equivalent as stated in the Job Description Procedure (HR-PRC-0004).
