An exciting opportunity to join a global leader in B2B events and exhibitions , working with industry-leading brands. This role is ideal for a proactive and ambitious sales professional with a strong background in B2B exhibition sales and sponsorships , looking to drive revenue growth and build long-term client relationships.

Overview

As Sales Executive , you will be responsible for securing sponsorships and exhibition revenues across multiple events. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent sales acumen, a passion for networking, and the ability to develop and execute effective commercial strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sponsorship and exhibition revenue .
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through daily outreach, follow-ups, and lead conversions .
  • Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their needs to craft compelling value propositions .
  • Take full ownership of sales targets , reporting progress and ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Maintain strong client relationships , ensuring seamless event execution from booking to delivery.
  • Work closely with internal teams to optimise sales campaigns and uncover new business opportunities .
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to expand networks and drive business growth .

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B exhibition sales and sponsorships .
  • Strong telephone sales skills with a proven ability to drive high call rates and conversions.
  • Experience in contract negotiation, proposal writing, and budget management .
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and experience in targeted sales campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication ; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to cross-sell and upsell to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
