RoesselJoy Technology haspartnered with a financial services organization to hire a seniorcontract, DevOps Engineer. As a DevOpsengineer, you will help teams improve the overall operationalexcellence of the databases by enabling DevOps practices forDatabase & Replication platforms. You ll work on buildingcompelling user interface applications that enable end-to-endcapabilities as part of our autonomous, cross-functional teams. Youll be able to contribute to building solutions on-prem and cloudthat helps applications deliver with quality and agility. You'llhave the opportunity to contribute ideas to improve our products,develop your skills, learn new technologies and languages, andcontinue to learn. We're looking for highly motivated individualswho work well in a collaborative, iterative, and fast-pacedenvironment.



Requirements
  • A Bachelor s or master s degree in ComputerScience, Software engineering, or a relatedfield
  • 6-8plus years of software engineering experience with at least fouryears in development (using Java, NodeJS, Golang,Python)
  • Atleast 2-3 years of experience working in the Agile Scrummodel.
  • Strong knowledge of HTTP-based APIs,Networking, and how the internetworks
  • Proven work experience in AWS lambda, IAM,VPC, Security Group, ECS, EKS, S3 and Cloud formation and Databasetechnologies (RDS, Aurora &Dynamo)
  • Knowledge in infrastructure as code toolslike Terraform, CloudFormation,Ansible
  • Experience in Jenkins and CI/CD pipelineconfiguration highly preferred
  • Experience in Flyway and Liquibase isbeneficial.
  • Technical Certifications in Java or AWS wouldbe an advantage.
