RequirementsThisposition is a part time position (4 days per week). Otherresponsibilities will include but are not limited to thefollowing:
  • Openingand closingoffice
  • Greetingand assisting patients andvisitors
  • Answeringphones and returningmessages
  • Routingmessages to appropriatechannel
  • EnteringSevocitytasks
  • Checkingin lab patients, alerting Clinical care team fororders
  • Checkingin GYN patients and providing them with appropriatepaperwork
  • Ensuringpatient paperwork is completedthoroughly
  • Scanningand uploading patient insurance/license and confirmingeligibility
  • Collectingcopays and reminding patients of balances and collectingpayments
  • Checkingpatients out and collecting any procedurepayments
  • Schedulingpatients for follow upappts
  • Providingpatients with samples/brochures requested byprovider
  • Reschedulingpatients when provider schedulechanges
  • Handlingpatient billing questions and refer them to the properchannel
  • Checkingin spapatients
  • Ensuringthat spa patient forms have been completed or assisting patientswith filling out forms on anIPad
  • Assistingspa patients with product or servicequestions
  • Checkingout spa patients and collecting payment for services and/orproducts
  • Helpingpatients redeem their giftcards
  • Logging/redeemingpatient rewardspoints
  • Assistingpatients with Venmo tip payments to spaproviders
  • Creatingdaily checkouts for gyn and/or spa and attaching all necessaryforms
  • Acceptingmail/packages for theoffice
  • Fieldingsales reps/vendor calls and visits to theoffice
  • Keepingreception area clean and sanitizing front desk area and officesupplies
  • Monitoringbathroomsupplies
  • Notifyingproviders/MA staff with schedulechanges
  • Selectionof music and monitoring of office soundsystem
  • Monitoringand updating of multiple software program/apps used at the frontdesk

Requirements
  • 1year of medical office front desk experiencepreferred
  • 1year of office experience
  • Dataentry experience is
  • 1year of customer service experience
  • Strongorganizational skills arerequired

This position is a part time position (4 days per week).
