  • Maintain complete knowledge of allF&B menus, outlets and hotelservices/features.
  • To work efficiently andeffectively in meeting deadlines and delivering qualitywork
  • To keep positive relations with suppliersand other external clients
  • Update and maintainall the kitchen files.
  • Perform duties andresponsibilities in a confidential manner whenapplicable.
  • Co-ordinates with colleagueswhenever necessary regarding operational and administrativeissues.
  • To assist in the implementation of thevarious food safety and hygiene standards including HACCP and otherMunicipality regulations.
  • Participates andtakes notes/minutes in regular meetings and briefings as may bescheduled.
  • Understands and abides by all safetyrules, emergency procedures and fire preventionregulations.
  • Participates in any scheduledtraining and development program that may improve personal ordepartmental standards.
  • Responds to any changesin the Food and Beverage function as dictated by the industry,company or hotel.
  • To carry out any otherreasonable duties as assigned by the Sous Chef and Chef deCuisine.
