Must

Planin advance for a "changeover" and coordinateservices with the mechanics to adjust, clean, or replace equipmentefficiently to minimize the downtime on the productionline;

  • Maintain opencommunication with supervisors, mechanics, and otheremployees;
  • Work independently, make decisions,and use adequate organizational and time managementskills;
  • Have working knowledge of theproduction process, items produced, and equipment utilized inmaintaining production within specific norms andstandards;
  • Maintain a safe work environment andfollow all safety procedures;
  • Ensure highstandard of quality control and follow all quality and GMPprocedures;
  • Have the visual/auditory acuityrequired to read invoice I.D. #s on product labels and hear warningalarms;
  • Read and comprehend writteninstructions and reports;
  • Work flexiblehours/shifts, including overtime;
