TheManager TalentSourcing ensures that staffingrequirements are met to attract and engage top talent toeffectively meet dynamic business needs. This position isresponsible for assisting with development of sourcing strategy andmanaging a team who analyzes, implements, and administers talentsourcing initiatives to generate quality leads and drive interestfrom prospective talent.

Essential Functions/CoreResponsibilities:

  • Responsible for development ofsourcing initiatives and leading the execution and administrationto drive interest from prospective talent using traditionalrecruiting methods, recruitment marketing and branding, talentmapping, and social media outreach to drive execution of short-termstrategy
  • Understand market conditions and bestpractices and apply to sourcing philosophy, strategic plans, andorganizational changes to ensure Talent Acquisition policies andprograms are aligned; partners with stakeholders to develop andimplement creative and proactivesolutions
  • Assist with development of sourcingshort-term strategy, based on hiring forecast and trends, toattract and onboard top talent to efficiently and effectively meetbusiness needs Establish key metrics and operating mechanisms todrive sourcing performance and costcontainment
  • Lead vendor management, throughstakeholder partnership, to review vendor effectiveness andmaintain relationships in order to develop best practice insourcing department
  • Responsible for design,execution, and administration of Recruitment Marketing plans tofind, attract, and engage leads in order to convert them intoqualified applicants
  • Leverage various resources- internet, community organizations, print media, formal/informalnetworks, colleges, trade associations - to directly and indirectlysource qualified candidates
  • Ensures themaintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerningall phases of the recruitment process, working within the ApplicantTracking System (ATS) and HRIStools
  • Responsible for developing and applyingan in-depth knowledge of the job specifications, experience,skills, and behavioral competencies needed for success in eachrole
  • Promote the Company image to candidatesand ensures that the Company is represented in the most accurateand appropriate way to all candidates, and personally drives thehighest standards of ethicalbehavior

CandidateProfile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relatedfield 7+ years of experience (with at least 2 years of progressivemanagement experience) relevant experiencepreferred
  • Experience with Workdaypreferred
  • Excellent communication skills, bothwritten and verbal. Ability to effectively present information tointernal and external associates.
  • AdvancedMicrosoft Office skills
  • Demonstrated ability tolead team in organizing and prioritizing projects in a fast-pacedand deadline-oriented businessenvironment
  • Ability to interpret and analyzerecruiting metrics and trends: retention, quality of hire, netthroughput, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability tomentor, coach and provide direction to a team ofemployees
  • Demonstrated ability to takeinitiative and ownership with focus on continuousimprovement
  • Demonstrated talent with criticalthinking; ability to comprehend, analyze, andinterpret.
