Job Summary

We areseeking a U.S. and Global Income Tax Specialist to join theControllers Division of This Company. The U.S. and Global IncomeTax Specialist is accountable for the activities of the TaxManagement Unit group. The specialist is responsible for the U.S.and Global payroll and income tax activities. The responsibilitiesinclude the review of tax files and timely approvals based on theU.S. and global tax regulations. Assisting the This Companyemployee tax compliance and global mobility requirements. TheSpecialist will work as a point of contact for the employees andthe contractors to identify the This Company tax compliancerequirements and fulfill the This Company tax obligations. Thespecialist will review the changes in the tax codes treaties andpolicies on a regular basis and implement the requiredupdates.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Oversee programming of an entirely new tax withholdingplatform/system with the assistance of AP&S and SAP applicationprogrammers.
  • Oversee programming andimplementation for tax reporting of U.S. payrollemployees.
  • Assist Executive comp &HRP&P with their tax queries related to U.S. income tax &executive compensation and review Executive Payroll.
  • Review and approve the U.S. and Global tax reportingfilings monthly quarterly and annually.
  • Regularly research the U.S. and global tax code &regulations for any tax updates to enable annual SAP programmingupdates.
  • Assist in reviewing the U.S.calculations related to U.S. Federal Income Tax WithholdingHypothetical tax & the Current Federal Income Tax Reimbursementfor all U.S. payroll employees.
  • Assist inreviewing the U.S. Federal & State tax balancing for U.S. newhires.
  • Process Electronic Transmission of theU.S. tax data to the Social Security Administration (SSA) for allU.S. payroll tax documents annually.
  • Providetax consultation to employees related to chapter 8 Global payroll& U.S. tax laws & regulations.
  • Research and update U.S. tax wage types in the SAPPayroll System.
  • Review and remit funds to U.S.tax authorities.
  • Prepare and remit to U.S.government and employees all required tax reporting forms andelectronic files.
  • Assist This Company employeeforeign assignments with the review and approval of the tax filingstax balancing and tax remittances.
  • Review andimplement global tax law changes and tax policy updates.
  • Provide tax advisory consultation & supportservices.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to relocate toDhahran Saudi Arabia.
  • Hold aBachelors degree in Accounting or a relevant field from arecognized and approved program.
  • Acertification such as CPA is desirable.
  • Possess a minimum of ten years experience in complexmultinational global tax matters including expertise in regionssuch as US EU UK APAC and MENA.
  • Big 4 taxcompliance and consulting experience is highlydesirable.
