We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth, focusing on large-scale furniture and joinery projects.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve B2B revenue targets.
- Identify, generate, and manage new business leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, hotels, interior designers, property developers, and procurement teams.
- Present and demonstrate luxury joinery and furniture solutions to potential clients, highlighting unique selling points.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close high-value sales deals.
- Utilize Bitrix24 CRM to track sales activities, manage leads, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, forecasts, and client interactions.
- Work closely with the production and design teams to ensure seamless order execution.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and top management to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key business clients.
- Provide excellent post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Represent DecoVilla at industry events, trade shows, and business networking forums.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in furniture, joinery, luxury goods, or interior solutions.
- Strong understanding of joinery work, furniture manufacturing, and fit-out projects.
- Experience working with hotels, real estate developers, corporate clients, and high-end retailers.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent cold calling and lead generation abilities.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Established network of potential business clients in the UAE.
- Proficiency in CRM and other sales tracking tools.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus.
- A valid UAE driver’s license and access to a vehicle are highly beneficial due to the nature of the role.
- Deep understanding of UAE market trends, business culture, and B2B sales practices.
- Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written) to facilitate effective client communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with frequent client visits and external meetings.
- Well-established brand with a strong market presence in furniture manufacturing and interior solutions.
