Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified eventplanner public affairs or public relations professional (PublicRelations Specialist) to coordinate organize and provide logisticssupport to the Board and Board Committee meetings of the ThisCompany Board of Directors. This role will sit within the CorporateSecretariat function in the Law Organization of This Company.Headquartered in Dhahran Saudi Arabia the successful candidate willjoin the This Company Secretariat & Governance Legal Practicewithin the Law Organizations Corporate Secretariat function. Inthis role the Public Relations Specialist will support theCorporate Secretary and Assistant Corporate Secretary in organizingand managing logistics support for board and board committeemeetings (including site location planning itinerary developmentand coordination travel entertainment catering and other associatedactivities) as well as handling a broad spectrum of related mattersthat confront a global energy company. This Companys LawOrganization is growing in response to a broad corporate initiativethat involves the continued growth of its exploration productionrefining and marketing along with expansion into petrochemicalsrenewables power and other sectors of the energy business. Responsibilities:

  • Work with senior executives to develop meetingitineraries and finalize detailed planning for professionalcorporate events.
  • Coordinate decisionsnecessary for private topquality corporate events.
  • Liaise with business teams government offices and globalvendors to provide logistics support for board and board committeemeetings.
  • Organize presenters and writtenmaterials to facilitate seamless information presentation to boarddirectors.
  • Coordinate with IT and managetechnology interfaces for senior management and board directorsincluding online board portal software.
  • Provide additional board support as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisingattorneys.

Requirements:

  • This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
  • Bachelors Degree from arecognized and approved university
  • 6 years ofdiversified experience with a law firm large corporation or othersophisticated business organization
  • Experiencein delivering topquality professional corporate events acrossvarious locations and sectors
  • Experienceworking with senior management government officials and/or a boardof directors
  • Strong attention to detail andexcellent teamwork negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken communicationprinciples
  • Bonus qualifications: Experience inthe energy industry (oil and gas petrochemical power or oil fieldservices) public company experience and internationalexperience.
