JobSummary

Regional sales agronomistshares this purpose on regional level with three clear objectivesto fulfill the purpose. 1) Conduct agronomic and other trials toprovide evidence of VP to support and develop marketing materialsfor product launch 2) Drive and support business in premarketingand sales to customers of new products 3) Build the capabilities,shared agronomy platform, customer needs identification, innovationpipeline and standard process tocommercialization.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Provideand continuously develop technical research and scientific productdevelopment capability.
  • Create the basicmaterials to support sales (TDS/MSDS/Flyer/Brochure/Training -internal and external).
  • Design, implement, andreport on field trials for Value Proposition determination andevidence.
  • Prove the value of the producttechnically, translate the ROI value to farmer $ and otherbenefits, prove the premium.
  • Understand thecomplexity of field trial results and the potential meaning forpractical application by farmers.
  • Expertlyconsider agricultural production and application systems and effecton product development.
  • Support Sales withinternal Value Proposition (VP) training, customer presentations,marketing data, technical data, and customer and market engagementon new products.
  • Initial customer offering andproduct establishment sales.
  • Understand andknow market participants, commercial needs of customers, and markettrends.
  • Contribute to and manage the MDTSagronomy database (ARM system).
  • Understand andsupport the ideation process based on market needs (pull) vsResearch (push) for product success.
  • Feed theinnovation pipeline by understanding and anticipating what themarket is seeking or will adopt.
  • Contribute tothe development of Business Cases by providing Market Intelligence(MI) and customer perspectives to support product developmentselection in your region.
  • Contribute to thedevelopment of Business Cases by knowledge of regulatory,production, fertilizer trends to build a business case in yourregion.

Requirements:

  • Thisrole required candidate to permanently relocate at Riyadh, SaudiArabia.
  • Bachelor'sdegree in Agricultural Science, Soil Science, orAgronomy.
  • 4-6 years of experience in thefield.
