About Us:

We are Sunreef Yachts , a world-renowned leader in the luxury Yacht industry, specializing in the design and construction of innovative, high-performance, and luxurious Yachts.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued growth in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Development: Actively source, engage, and convert leads into successful sales, with a primary focus on pre-owned yachts. Identify new business opportunities and nurture long-term client relationships.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Provide personalized and attentive service to clients, understanding their needs and recommending the right yacht solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process and beyond.
  3. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the features, specifications, and trends of both new and pre-owned yachts. Share expert knowledge to guide clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
  4. Negotiation & Closing: Oversee the sales process from initial inquiry to finalizing deals. Effectively negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales and meet or exceed targets.
  5. Market Research & Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Leverage insights to adjust sales strategies and stay ahead in the competitive yacht market.
  6. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Requirements:

  1. 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury goods, automotive, or high-end services. Yacht sales experience is an advantage.
  2. A strong understanding of the yacht industry, particularly in the luxury and pre-owned sectors.
  3. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Target-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  5. Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  6. Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
