About Us:
We are Sunreef Yachts , a world-renowned leader in the luxury Yacht industry, specializing in the design and construction of innovative, high-performance, and luxurious Yachts.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued growth in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Actively source, engage, and convert leads into successful sales, with a primary focus on pre-owned yachts. Identify new business opportunities and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Client Relationship Management: Provide personalized and attentive service to clients, understanding their needs and recommending the right yacht solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the features, specifications, and trends of both new and pre-owned yachts. Share expert knowledge to guide clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Negotiation & Closing: Oversee the sales process from initial inquiry to finalizing deals. Effectively negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales and meet or exceed targets.
- Market Research & Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Leverage insights to adjust sales strategies and stay ahead in the competitive yacht market.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury goods, automotive, or high-end services. Yacht sales experience is an advantage.
- A strong understanding of the yacht industry, particularly in the luxury and pre-owned sectors.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
