The CHRO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, driving a culture of innovation, inclusion, and high performance.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the overall human resources strategy that aligns with the company's goals, mission, and vision. Act as a key partner to the CEO and other senior leaders in driving business success through people initiatives.Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee recruitment, retention, and development strategies to attract and retain top talent across the organization. Develop programs for leadership development and succession planning.Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a positive organizational culture that supports diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement. Lead initiatives that enhance employee experience and promote a high-performance work environment.Learning & Development: Design and implement learning and development programs to build the skills and capabilities of the workforce, ensuring continuous growth and career advancement opportunities.Compensation & Benefits: Ensure that the company offers competitive compensation, benefits, and recognition programs that are aligned with industry standards and motivate employee performance.Performance Management: Lead the development and execution of performance management systems to ensure that employees' objectives align with the company's business goals and drive accountability.HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee HR operations, ensuring that policies and procedures are in compliance with local and national labor laws.
