This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer located in Dubai. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, administrative tasks, and overseeing HR management tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications:

- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Experience in managing employee benefits and benefits administration
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in UAE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Responsibilities (not limited to):

- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- File and update all Employee related documents in their personal files and HRMS, to ensure compliance with Company standards.
- Prepare all necessary documents of new joiners to ensure payroll activation and the smooth integration of the new Employees to the team.
