  • Monitorcontractors to ensure the implementation of applicable safetymeasures at site to full fill Legal and clientrequirements.
  • Review Site safety Plan,Emergency plan, and other safety related plans submitted by thecontractor. Review Method Statement and risk analysis for allactivities and monitor the effectiveness of hazard controlmeasures. Carry out HSE inspections and report to resident engineerfor immediate rectification.
  • Review and monitorcontractors monthly HSE inspections /reports.
  • Conducting monthly Safety meetings,setting the target to achieve the outstanding issues, prepare /submit the minutes to all concern tofollow-up.
  • Review emergency preparedness andresponse, permit to work system, Toolbox Talks, HSE statistics& records of the contractors according to companyrequirement.
  • Review incident/accidentinvestigation reports from contractors, reporting &communicating the learning points, and monitor the immediate actionand follow-up actions to minimize / prevent fromre-occurrence.

What Required SkillsYou'll Bring

  • At least a Bachelor’sDegree in any Construction related Engineering Degree orOccupational safety and healthand internationally approved Safetycourses.
  • Minimum 8+ years’ experienceas Safety Engineer in infrastructure projects inUAE.
  • With recognized Health and Safetycertifications, license or training in UAE (e.g. ISO, NEBOSH, FirstAid, Fire Safety, etc).
