Oversee the development of data platforms supporting reporting, advanced analytics, and machine learning. Guide the team with the creation of data products and solutions to deliver actionable insights for users. Establish governance frameworks for data quality, compliance, and security. Collaborate with o senior stakeholders across technology and business units to embed data into strategic performance improvements. Build and mentor a high-performing data team aligned to business needs. Oversee budget planning for the data division, ensuring strategic investment in technology and personnel. 12+ years in data-focused roles with experience in large-scale platform development and leadership across engineering and analytics teams. Expertise in data engineering, architecture, and governance at enterprise level. Strong understanding of analytics, AI/ML concepts, and modern data technologies. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption of data-driven culture.
