Guide the team with the creation of data products and solutions to deliver actionable insights for users. Establish governance frameworks for data quality, compliance, and security. Collaborate with o senior stakeholders across technology and business units to embed data into strategic performance improvements. Build and mentor a high-performing data team aligned to business needs. Oversee budget planning for the data division, ensuring strategic investment in technology and personnel. 12+ years in data-focused roles with experience in large-scale platform development and leadership across engineering and analytics teams.
