Guest Service:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and activities.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.

HostAway Proficiency:

  • Utilize the PMS effectively for various tasks, including:
  • Property registration and updates.
  • Guest registration and management.
  • Reporting requirements.

Property Management:

  • Coordinate with property management teams to ensure the smooth operation of holiday homes.
  • Assist with property inspections and maintenance.
  • Ensure that properties are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary amenities.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Prepare and maintain guest records and documentation.
  • Handle guest payments and billing.
  • Assist with data entry and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (preferred).
  • Proficiency in using the HostAway PMS.
  • Previous experience in the holiday homes industry is preferred.
