We are seeking a highly skilled andexperienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. Theideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience inUX/UI design a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise and apassion for mentoring and training junior designers. This rolerequires a deep understanding of usercentered design principlesexceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to createengaging and intuitive userexperiences.

• Lead the design processfrom concept to completion for both web and mobileapplications.
• Conduct user research usabilitytesting and user interviews to gather insights and inform designdecisions.
• Create wireframes prototypes userflows and mockups to communicate design ideaseffectively.
• Design visually compellinginterfaces that enhance user experience and align with brandguidelines.
• Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams including product managers developers and other stakeholdersto ensure designs are feasible and aligned with businessgoals.
  Provide guidance feedback and mentorship to juniordesigners helping them grow and improve theirskills.
• Conduct design reviews and critiquesessions to maintain high designstandards.
• Develop and deliver trainingmaterials workshops and presentations to share knowledge and bestpractices within the design team.
• Work closelywith development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designsand resolve any designrelatedissues.
• Communicate design concepts andspecifications clearly and effectively tostakeholders.
• Advocate for usercentered designprinciples and practices within the organization.
  Stayuptodate with the latest UX/UI design trends tools andtechnologies.
• Conduct competitive analysis andmarket research to identify opportunities forinnovation.
• Continuously seek ways to improveand evolve the design process anddeliverables.
• Manage multiple design projectssimultaneously ensuring timely delivery and highquality.
• Prioritize tasks and manage timeeffectively to meet project deadlines.
• Maintainorganized design documentation and assets for easy access andreference.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating arange of successful design projects.
• Provenexperience in leading design projects and collaborating withcrossfunctional teams.
• Proficiency in designand prototyping tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD InVisionetc.
• Strong understanding of usercentereddesign principles usability and accessibilitystandards.
• Excellent visual design skills withattention to detail and a keen eye foraesthetics.
• Strong analytical andproblemsolving abilities.
• Exceptionalcommunication and presentationskills.
• Bachelors degree in DesignHumanComputer Interaction (HCI) or a relatedfield.
• Advanced degrees or certifications are aplus.
• Passionate about design and userexperience.
• Creative thinker with a proactiveapproach to problemsolving.
• Team player with acollaborative mindset.
• Ability to handleconstructive feedback and work underpressure.
