Our ideal candidate is a creative, highly motivated individual with a passion for digital marketing and a knack for website design. Job Description: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy, designing our web presence, optimizing our online platforms for marketing and sales, and analyzing the performance of our digital marketing efforts to maximize ROI. Responsibilities: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media etc.) Oversee and optimize our company's web presence, including website design and functionality, to enhance UX. Track and analyze website traffic flow, and provide regular internal reports to optimize conversion. Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time, and improving conversion. Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s). Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences. Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing. Proficiency in website design and a strong understanding of website UX. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics. Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
