Position Overview
The Sales Manager role sits at the intersection of brand ambition, commercial performance, and people leadership. Representing BYD under Al-Futtaim Group in Dubai, this position leads the retail sales floor across flagship stores and pop‑up locations, shaping customer perception and driving measurable results. The role demands strong presence, sound judgment, and the ability to translate strategy into daily execution while building high‑performing sales teams in a fast‑evolving electric mobility environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day‑to‑day retail sales operations across BYD showrooms and pop‑up locations
- Drive sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue growth in line with business targets
- Set and maintain premium customer experience standards aligned with BYD brand values
- Translate commercial strategy into clear sales plans, targets, and floor execution
- Coach, motivate, and develop sales teams to achieve consistent high performance
- Monitor KPIs, sales funnels, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, pricing policies, and brand guidelines
- Act as the senior point of presence on the retail floor, resolving issues and guiding decisions in real time
Ideal Profile
- Proven experience in automotive or premium retail sales leadership roles
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales growth
- Confident people leader with the ability to inspire, coach, and influence teams
- Excellent customer‑facing skills with a strong understanding of brand‑led selling
- Comfortable working in high‑visibility environments with accountability for results
- Interest or experience in electric vehicles or future mobility is an advantage
