Weare seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistantto provide administrative support to the law firm owner. TheExecutive Assistant will be responsible for managing the ownersschedule, coordinating meetings and appointments, and handling allcorrespondence.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Checkand respond to the owners emails on a dailybasis.

  • Maintainthe owners calendar and schedule appointments andmeetings.

  • Coordinatetravel arrangements anditineraries.

  • Prepareand edit correspondence, reports, and otherdocuments.

  • Handleconfidential and sensitive information withdiscretion.

  • Actas the liaison between the owner and clients, referral partners,and otherstakeholders.

  • Assistin the preparation of presentations and other materials formeetings. Provide generaladministrative support, including filing, copying, and other officeduties.



RequirementsRequirements

  • Minimumof 3 years experience as an executive assistant or similarrole.

  • Excellentorganizational and time managementskills.

  • Strongwritten and verbal communicationskills.

  • Proficientin Microsoft OfficeSuite.

  • Strongattention to detail and ability tomultitask.

  • Professionaldemeanor and ability to maintainconfidentiality.

  • Provenability to work independently and as part of ateam.

  • Experiencein the legal industry is aplus.
