We are seeking aseasoned and resultsoriented Enterprise Architecture Lead tochampion the evolution and strategic direction of our EA practice.Leveraging your TOGAF certification and proficiency in the LeanIXtool you will lead a team of architects by establishing clearstandards driving innovation and ensuring alignment betweenbusiness objectives and ITinitiatives.


KeyResponsibilities:

  • StrategicLeadership: Provide visionary leadership for the EApractice establishing a robust framework standards and operationsto guide architectural excellence across theorganization.
  • Bridgingthe Gap: Collaborate effectively with key stakeholdersincluding business leaders IT executives and technical teams totranslate business needs into actionable architectural strategiesandroadmaps.
  • Buildingthe Foundation: Champion the development and ongoingmaintenance of key architectural artifacts including principlesstandards models and documentation to inform decisionmaking andfacilitatecommunication.
  • GovernanceChampion: Lead the Architecture Review Board ensuringcompliance with established standards policies and fostering aculture of robust architecturaldecisionmaking.
  • SolutionArchitect: Participate in and lead solution selectionimplementation and ongoing architecture enhancements ensuringoptimal alignment with business goals and technicalfeasibility.
  • DrivingValue: Champion the use of EA principles in technologyselection and value realization initiatives ensuring alignment withthe overall architecture roadmap and maximizing return oninvestment.
  • TeamCatalyst: Foster a collaborative and innovativeenvironment within the EA team providing mentorship coaching andopportunities for professionaldevelopment.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 12years of experience in Enterprise Architecture with a proven trackrecord of success in leading and transforming ITlandscapes.
  • Certifiedin TOGAF or a similar recognized enterprise architectureframework.
  • Certifiedin the LeanIX enterprise architecturetool.
  • Demonstratedexperience leading Architecture Review Boards and establishingrobust EA governancepractices.
  • Provenability to develop and enforce architectural principles duringtechnology selection value realization and solution architectureprocesses.
  • Experienceleading and developing comprehensive architectural artifactsincluding principles standards models anddocumentation.
  • Excellentcommunication presentation and interpersonal skills with theability to influence and inspire diverseaudiences.
