We are seeking aseasoned and visionary Enterprise Architecture (EA) OperationalLead to spearhead the operational aspects of our EA function. Inthis critical leadership role you will leverage your expertise inTOGAF and LeanIX to drive strategic decisionmaking governarchitectural activities and ensure alignment between businessobjectives and ITinitiatives.


Youwill be responsiblefor:

  • Leadingthe Charge: Establish and guide the operational frameworkfor our EA practice defining processes methodologies and bestpractices to ensure architectural excellence aligns with businessgoals.
  • Bridgingthe Gap: Collaborate effectively with key stakeholdersacross the organization from business leaders to IT executives andtechnical teams to translate business needs into actionablearchitecturalinitiatives.
  • Chartingthe Course: Develop and maintain a comprehensiveenterprise architecture roadmap that reflects business aspirationsIT strategies and industry best practices. Drive the execution ofthese initiatives for maximumimpact.
  • Settingthe Standards: Implement robust governance processes forarchitectural decisionmaking ensuring compliance with establishedstandards policies andguidelines.
  • Buildingthe Foundation: Champion the development and ongoingmaintenance of key architectural artifacts including principlesstandards models and documentation to inform decisionmaking andfoster seamlesscommunication.
  • EmpoweringYour Team: Provide leadership and guidance to your teamcultivating a collaborative and innovative environment thatprioritizes continuous improvement and talentdevelopment.
  • EnsuringAlignment: Partner with project teams throughout thelifecycle to provide architectural oversight guaranteeing adherenceto established principles andstandards.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 8years of experience in Enterprise Architecture with a proven trackrecord of success in driving business value througharchitecture.
  • Certifiedin TOGAF or a similar recognized enterprise architectureframework.
  • Certifiedin the LeanIX enterprise architecturetool.
  • Provenexperience leading architecture review boards and guidingarchitectural decisionmakingprocesses.
  • Demonstratedability to develop and enforce architectural principles duringtechnology selection and value realizationinitiatives.
  • Exceptionalcommunication presentation and interpersonal skills with theability to influence and inspire diverseaudiences.
