Requirements

Should knowabout deployment using CI/CDpipeline
Should haveimplemented Dynamics 365 projects using Agilemethodology

Should be ableto handle
Suggestpossibilities to automate as and when required to reduce human
Should havein-depth practical knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365modules and have good exposure in other areas of project executionlike Customer facing, analysis, consulting, documentation,implementation, development, and support of Business
Assist in theintegration of new systems and tools into the technical supportflow andinfrastructure
Excellentwritten and oral communication skills inEnglish
Should be ableto communicate and sync with the client as and when
Strongtroubleshooting skills are needed to research, diagnose, analyze,and identify solutions with the highest level of customer/user
Strong attentionto detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest qualitysolutions tocustomers
Should be ableto capture & analyze the Server, and platform trace logs& identifying the possible root
Should be ableto probe and gather requirements on change requests &bugs
