Responsibilities:
1.Calendar and Schedule Management:
- Efficiently manageand coordinate the executive's calendar, ensuring optimaluse of time and scheduling of appointments, meetings, andevents.
- Proactively handle any scheduling conflicts andadjustments.
2. Meeting Preparation andFollow-up:
- Prepare meeting agendas, documents, andpresentations in advance.
- Attend meetings, takeminutes, and ensure timely distribution and follow-up on actionitems.
3. Document Management:
- Organize andmaintain physical and digital files, ensuring easy accessibilityand confidentiality of sensitive information for the wholeteam.
4. Event Coordination - General:
-Coordinate and manage logistics for internal and external events,meetings, and conferences.
- Assist in the planning andexecution of special events as required.
5. EventCoordination - Content Ops:
- Collaborate with the EventSuccess Manager to develop and align event schedules.
-Ensure creators are scheduled appropriately, taking into accounttime zones and availability.
- Communicate schedules andany updates to all relevant stakeholders.
6. CreatorManagement:
- Serve as the primary POC for creatorsparticipating in our events, addressing inquiries and providingnecessary information for their livestream.
- Manage alllogistical arrangements for creators, including travel (ifapplicable), technical requirements, and event-specificdetails.
7. Information Sharing:
- Collect anddisseminate relevant information to creators, ensuring they arewell-informed about event details, expectations, and anychanges.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gathernecessary content and assets from creators for promotionalpurposes.
8. Problem Resolution:
- Proactivelyidentify and address any potential issues that may impact thecreators' participation or the overall success of theevent.
- Collaborate with the Event Project Manager andEvent Success Manager to find solutions and mitigaterisks.

Qualifications

-Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Bachelor’sdegree in marketing, business or management or equivalent workexperience.
- Proven experience in project management, ora related field.
- Exceptional organizational andmultitasking skills.
- Very strong interpersonal andcommunication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in afast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Detail-orientedwith a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office.
