  • Develop a proper market benchmarkfor all ResiComm portfolio.
  • Strategize allleasing/sales activities with economic approach – FirstResponsible on ResiComm Leasing/Sales Revenue (DFC + AFRE Portfolio+ Auto Showrooms).
  • Carry out substantivebusiness development work to secure new leads, proposals, andpitches to add to the overall leasing/sales deals done by theteam.
  • Ensure accurate inputs for finalizationof lease agreements and completion of lease documentation forclosures and renewals/expansion in respect to the Client'sResi and office space requirements.
  • Build anetwork of Clients and Channel Partners in order to source businessthrough both direct marketing and networking with the local brokernetwork.

OperationalResponsibilities:

  • Develop a sales and leasing strategyto achieve the organizational monthly, quarterly, and annualsales/leasing targets.
  • Analysis of market dataand preparation of real estate reports for market demand and annualrent levels, historical data, and marketcomparisons.
  • Maintain current knowledge ofmarket conditions, property values, and legislation that may affectthe UAE real estate industry.
  • Prepare budgetsand maintain controls to assurecompliance.
  • Review with the marketing teamdata, expenses, advertising, and promotional expenses and analyzevariances, initiating corrective action asrequired.
  • Engage the business community,Government, industry, and professional associations to create newcontacts and generate new business.
  • Manage aCRM database of current and prospective clients including theirparent companies.
  • Track and report back onsales/leasing performance on a weeklybasis.
  • Review MOUs, conduct QA on transactionsto ensure compliance with Company and DLD/RERAregulations.
